My spirit team has been clear lately: as the energy intensifies in the world, our sacred work is to stay grounded and connected to the light.

When I tune into the collective energy around us, I feel that fear and division are growing louder. The vibration feels unsettled, and it’s easy to get swept into worry or outrage.

In the United States, we can feel the patterns of control and fear tightening their grip, the not-so-slow slide toward authoritarianism, the rise of hate, and the heavy vibration of despair. It’s easy to feel powerless in the face of it all.

In truth, it’s exhausting to witness. It’s tempting to look away, to scroll past, to shut down. Sometimes it feels safer to push it all aside, to pretend we don’t feel the ache that’s moving through the collective body of humanity. This is precisely when it becomes most essential to root into peace, even as the world trembles.

This isn’t only happening here in the US, around the world, fear and oppression are trying to take root. Thousands have died needlessly standing against hatred and shadow. They have lost their lives fighting for their children, homes and countries.

Even in the darkest times, it’s hard to remember that the light is everywhere. It glows in the quiet, steady hearts of those who keep choosing compassion, those who stand up against anyone spreading hate.

The Light lives in the small acts of courage that never make the news, in communities gathering in love, with those who march peacefully, who speak truth, who shield and protect the vulnerable. It’s in the brave souls who risk safety to hide and defend others simply because it’s the right thing to do. The Light moves through the gentler moments too; the art that heals, the songs that lift weary spirits, the arms that hold another upright when the weight of the world feels too heavy to bear.

We are being called now to anchor that light, to connect with one another, and to stand beside those who cannot stand those who are targeted by hate, fear, or injustice.

Our compassion, our calm presence, and our willingness to hold space for healing are not small things. They are the medicine the world needs most right now.

When you feel overwhelmed, return to the earth.

Touch the ground.

Breathe deeply.

Call in your light.

Every grounded heart helps steady the collective. Each time you center yourself in love instead of fear, it ripples outward.

Your calm becomes an anchor point in the energetic field of humanity.

When you breathe peace, you create space for others to breathe too.

When you stay rooted in truth, you remind the world that safety and goodness still exist.

Even one steady heart can shift the vibration of an entire room.

Imagine what happens when thousands of us choose grounding over panic, compassion over hatred, light over shadow.

Holding light doesn’t mean ignoring the dark it means learning to walk through it without letting it define you.

It’s allowing yourself to feel grief, anger, and heartbreak, but refusing to build a home there. It’s remembering that your empathy is sacred, and your sensitivity is strength, not weakness.

To hold light is to:

✨Do your own healing work. Begin within. Look at the places in your life where pain still echoes and offer them attention, compassion, and truth. When you start to heal yourself, you add coherence to the entire field.

🌀Move away from what (or who) holds you back. Release what keeps you small, silent, or disconnected from your light. You are not required to stay in spaces that dim your spirit.

🌏Stay grounded in the body. Touch the earth, breathe into your belly, move your energy downward until you can feel your feet again.

🌈Stay connected to others. Isolation feeds fear. Reach out to your circle, your community, the ones who remind you who you are.

🌟Stay in truth. Speak honestly, even when your voice shakes.

👩🏾‍🤝‍👨🏿Stay in service. When you can’t fix the world, offer presence. Cook, listen, laugh, and create and volunteer. Small acts of care are spells of protection.

🙌Stay open to grace. Spirit is still speaking in the quiet moments in the wind, in the kindness of strangers, in the moments that hold love..

Light doesn’t erase the dark it can transform it.

Healing begins with one choice, one act of courage, one honest conversation, one boundary honored.

Each of us becomes a small constellation, holding a steady glow that helps others find their way home.

That light, joined with thousands of others, is how the world begins to heal.
